Sub-series consists of single-entry accounting day books that record the daily business transactions which occurred at the general store. Also contains two blotters, 1 Apr. 1886 – 15 Nov. 1886 and 1 Apr. 1886 – 3 Jan. 1887.

Some day books have sections that were used as order books and/or used to record the amount of blueberry crates that were sold and exchanged over certain periods of time. These sections are included in the following day books: Jan. 1907 – Dec. 1907 & 1910; Jan. 1908 – Dec. 1908 & 1909; Jan. 1910 – Dec. 1910 & 1911; Jan. 1911 – Dec. 1911 & 1912; Jan. 1912 – Dec. 1912 & 1913; Jan. 1914 – Dec. 1914 & 1915; Jan. 1921 – Dec. 1921 & 1922, 1923.
