Lobster Business 1886-1887 3 cm. of textual records.

Sub-series consists of one ledger, labelled the “Account of Lobsters”, that contains records that pertain to labour in the canning factory, and the net profit made in the lobster business. It also consists of a “List of Lobsters” – a list of people from whom Henry T. d’Entremont possibly bought lobsters.
