Tracy G. Hatfield purchased the General Store of his Uncle and Aunt, Mr. & Mrs. Isaac S. Hatfield. This store later passed to his son, P. Lent Hatfield, as stated above, on the 18th of September 1919. At the same time Tracy G. Hatfield owned another General Store in the centre of Tusket Village, which later became the property of his son, Elmer C. Hatfield. It is not always clear to which General Store some of these records refer.
